What Drives Students’ Satisfaction With E-Learning Amid COVID-19 Pandemic?

This study aims to analyze the students’ satisfaction in Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Institute (IAIN) Fattahul Muluk Papua with online learning process during COVID-19 pandemic. It is necessary have an evaluation carried out pandemic so that can be measured quality may improved. uses five Servqual dimensions, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy measure student quantitative methods data analysis using multiple linear regression.
