What Drives Students’ Satisfaction With E-Learning Amid COVID-19 Pandemic?

This study aims to analyze the students’ satisfaction in Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Institute (IAIN) Fattahul Muluk Papua with online learning process during COVID-19 pandemic. It is necessary have an evaluation carried out pandemic so that can be measured quality may improved. uses five Servqual dimensions, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy measure student quantitative methods data analysis using multiple linear regression. Data were collected from 143 students Business IAIN a questionnaire had been tested for validity reliability. The results this indicate tangible variable empathy has significant effect on satisfaction, while Assurance variables do not significantly influence
